For Windows Vista/Windows 7 users
Please make sure you run the software as an "Administrator". You do this by clicking the right mouse button when you go to click on the application, and then in the menu that pops up, clicking on 'Run as Administrator'. This is necessary for software that does any kind of merging or editing of documents, because then it allows the program to make changes to those files. If you don't, nothing will happen.
